These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.zikolifestyle.com (the "Site") and all products and services offered through it. By accessing or using the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Exchange Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.
Eligibility
Ziko does not enforce an age restriction on browsing the Site. However, under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, a valid, legally binding purchase contract can only be formed with a person who is 18 years of age or older and of sound mind. If you are under 18, please have a parent or legal guardian complete the purchase on your behalf. Orders placed by a minor without guardian involvement may be cancelled at our discretion.
Products
All products are vegan (synthetic/PU/microfiber) leather footwear for men, designed for formal, festive, and wedding occasions.
Product images are representative; minor variations in shade or texture may occur due to screen calibration or manufacturing batch — this is not a defect.
Prices are listed in INR, inclusive of applicable GST. The price at the time of order confirmation is final and binding.
We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel any order at our discretion — including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability — with a full refund for any amount already charged.
Account Registration
The Site allows you to create a user account to track orders, save addresses, and manage exchanges. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Please report any unauthorized use immediately to sales@zikolifestyle.com.
Orders & Payment
Ziko accepts online prepaid payments via Razorpay (UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets), which is PCI-DSS compliant. Ziko does not store your card or UPI credentials.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible pin codes and order values, subject to a COD confirmation call/SMS before dispatch.
An order confirmation does not guarantee stock availability; in the rare event of a stock-out after an order is placed, we will notify you and issue a full refund within 5–7 business days.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including the "Ziko Lifestyle" name, logo, product designs, and photography — is the property of Thebespokeshoe and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
User Conduct
You agree not to: misuse the Site for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, post false or defamatory reviews, or resell Ziko products commercially without written authorization.
Limitation of Liability
Ziko shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages — including inconvenience caused by delayed delivery for a time-sensitive event such as a wedding — beyond the value of the order placed. Given the occasion-wear nature of our products, we strongly recommend ordering with adequate buffer time before your event (see Shipping Policy 3.4) and contacting our order team directly for urgent requirements.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall first be raised with our Grievance Officer (1.11). Unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Consumer Protection
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. You may also approach the National Consumer Helpline (1915) or file a complaint at consumerhelpline.gov.in or edaakhil.nic.in.
