Marketing consent data: until withdrawn or 24 months inactive
Security/traffic logs: minimum 1 year (Rule 6, DPDP Rules 2025)

2.7 Your Rights as a Data Principal

within 30 days.
2.8 Security Safeguards
SSL/TLS encryption, restricted access, Razorpay for payments. Breach notified to Data Protection
Board and users without delay (Rule 7).
2.9 Cookies & Tracking Tools
Cookies used for cart/login/preferences. Analytics/marketing tools including Google Analytics and
Meta Pixel (confirm which are actually live before publishing).
