Free reverse pickup within 24–48 hrs (or self-ship with reimbursement)
Replacement dispatched within 2–3 business days after quality check
Free exchange shipping, once per order

4.3 Refunds
Offered if: exchange size out of stock / product defective or wrong / customer prefers refund.
Processed within 7–10 business days post-quality-check. COD fees non-refundable.
4.4 Damaged/Defective/Wrong Item
Report within 48 hours with unboxing photos/video — eligible for free replacement or full refund
including shipping.
4.5 Non-Returnable
Final Sale items, worn/scuffed shoes, missing packaging/tags, requests raised after 7 days.
