Replacement dispatched within 2–3 business days after quality check

Refunds
Offered if: the exchange size is out of stock / the product is defective or wrong / the customer prefers a refund.
Processed within 7–10 business days post-quality-check. COD fees are non-refundable.
Damaged/Defective/Wrong Item
Report within 48 hours with unboxing photos/video — eligible for a free replacement or full refund, including shipping.
Non-Returnable
Final Sale items, worn/scuffed shoes, items with missing packaging/tags, and requests raised after 7 days.
Cancellations
Free before dispatch; after dispatch, it follows the exchange/return policy.
