- Shipping Costs: Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. Returns will be processed as store credits for your next purchase.
- Exchange with Ease: If you need a different size or style, we happily offer exchanges without any additional fees, as long as you request them within 7 days.
- Exceptions: Custom-made items and select accessories are non-returnable.
International Orders
Final Sale Notice: Unfortunately, international purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged, so please verify your order details carefully.
Refunds
- Quick Refund Requests: For eligible returns, submit your request within 7 days. After inspection, approved refunds will be credited.
- Convenient Returns: We’ll take care of the return logistics by arranging pickup from your location.
